Mission and Vision: The White Oak ESL Program provides a safe environment with relevant, challenging, diverse opportunities, for Emergent Bilingual students to be successful in all educational facets. The White Oak ISD emergent bilingual  students will be responsible, life long learners who realize their potential to become successful, collaborative English speakers and community members.
